Annie is a highly experienced facial aesthetics practitioner with a Master’s degree in Advanced Practice and a clinical career spanning over two decades.
Since 2003, she has worked at the forefront of aesthetic medicine, combining hands-on expertise with a deep understanding of medical innovation. Her background includes extensive experience across the NHS, the pharmaceutical industry, and medical education.
Annie collaborates with leading aesthetic manufacturers as a faculty member and innovation partner, helping to shape new treatments and technologies.
She is also a frequent visitor on BBC Wales Radio and other media outlets, where she shares her expertise on all things beauty and aesthetics, and serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Aesthetic Nursing and regularly contributes as a peer reviewer.

Gemma is the newest member of the Skin and Face Clinics team, bringing fresh passion and dedication to advanced skin health. Qualified as an NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapist and soon to begin her Level 4 training, Gemma is committed to continuous learning and excellence in skincare.
As our Skin Specialist, she delivers a range of results-driven treatments, including Hydrafacials and microneedling, tailored to each client’s needs. Her focus is on enhancing natural skin, restoring confidence, and helping clients achieve long-term skin health.
