You should only ever have your medical aesthetic treatment, such as dermal filler or botulinum toxin administered by a practitioner with a registered healthcare qualification.

  • At Skin and Face Clinics, everything we do begins with people. We see every patient as a whole person, not just a treatment area. Our goal is to build confidence and support overall wellbeing, with appearance seen as an important part of health and self-esteem.

We are motivated by helping people feel like the best version of themselves and take pride in achieving results that look beautifully natural. Every treatment is carried out with genuine care and medical expertise, ensuring your results are safe, balanced and true to you.

  • At Skin and Face Clinics, we believe beauty should feel authentic, not driven by fast-changing trends or unrealistic standards. You can trust our team to offer honest advice and achieve results that look natural and feel right for you.

Every product and treatment we use is chosen for its safety and proven results. We never compromise on quality or patient care.

Many of our clients have been with us for years, a reflection of the trust and relationships we build. Around 15% of our patients have been returning for over a decade, and almost 90% have stayed with us for more than four years.

  • In an industry often filled with hype and misinformation, we believe in keeping science and safety at the front and centre of all our treatments.. Our approach to aesthetics is about ageing well rather than chasing perfection. Treatments are designed to restore harmony between how you feel and how you look, enhancing your natural features so that you always still look like you.

As medical aesthetics continues to evolve towards regenerative medicine and wellness, focus is moving beyond simply extending lifespan to a focus on healthspan, staying well, fit and independent for as long as possible. We believe in supporting long-term skin health and overall wellbeing. With a better scientific understanding of how we age, we can now use evidence-based treatments, lifestyle guidance and professional skincare to help improve both health and appearance.

  • When you visit Skin and Face Clinics, you can expect a warm welcome from our friendly reception team and treatment in a clean, professional, and safe environment. Every detail, from our clinical standards to our air filtration system, is designed to ensure your comfort and safety.

We were first accredited by Save Face in 2014 and achieved Save Face Platinum status in 2024. This accreditation gives you the assurance that our standards, safety, and clinical practices are independently reviewed and validated to the highest level.

Before treatment you should…

  • Group of women looking at a smartphone, with the woman in the pink blazer holding the phone, wearing a pink hat, and others gathered around her in an indoor setting.

    Seek Recommendations

Talk to friends and family about their experiences, and check verified online reviews to see what other patients say about their experiences. Practitioner finder tools are also available on some dermal filler brand websites. While each company uses its own criteria to decide who appears on their list, and some may be commercially based, they can still be a useful guide. At the very least, these sources show that the practitioner regularly performs treatments using that product.

  • A healthcare professional wearing glasses, gloves, and a gray scrubs shirt examining an elderly woman's face in a clinical setting.

    Choose Experienced Practitioners

Always check that your practitioner is a qualified doctor, dentist or nurse with recognised experience in medical aesthetics. Be cautious of websites that look professional but give little information about who will actually carry out your treatment. A background in another area of medicine does not necessarily mean they have relevant experience in aesthetics, so make sure you confirm their specific training and expertise.

  • A group of journalists filming and interviewing a woman in a black coat at a conference or seminar. Audience members are seated and listening attentively, some taking notes or using headphones. The setting appears to be an indoor event space with technical equipment and signage.

    Ask for a Training Update

Even fully qualified medical professionals need to stay up to date with the latest techniques and safety standards. It’s reasonable to ask when your practitioner last completed training or continuing professional development (CPD) and what that involved. You are also entitled to see a copy of their most recent training certificate if you wish, giving you extra assurance that your treatment is in expert hands.
